GENERAL:
- By placing an electronic order on the website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.
- Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
- Buyers will be responsible for the shipping costs of the product, which are high shipment expenses.
- Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within 30 days at the latest. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the agreement.
- The purchased product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with its warranty certificate and user manual (if applicable).
- If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days and refund the total payment to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:
- If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:
- If it is determined after the product has been delivered that the credit card used by the buyer was unjustly used by unauthorized persons and the payment for the product is not made by the relevant bank or financial institution to the seller, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
- If unforeseen force majeure prevents the seller from delivering the product on time, the situation is communicated to the buyer. The buyer may request to cancel the order, replace the product with a similar one, or postpone delivery until the obstacle is resolved. If the order is canceled, and the payment was made in cash, the seller will refund the amount within 14 days of the cancellation. If the buyer made the payment with a credit card, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but the bank may take 2-3 weeks to transfer it to the buyer's account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
- The buyer must inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before taking delivery, ensuring there are no damages such as dents, breaks, or torn packaging. If the goods/services are damaged, they should not be accepted from the cargo company. Goods/services taken without objection are considered to be undamaged and in good condition. The buyer must carefully preserve the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product was delivered to them or the person/organization at the specified address, without any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason, by notifying the seller via the communication details provided below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- For services purchased, the 14-day period begins from the contract date. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service agreements where the service has already commenced with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period ends.
- Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the “Products Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” section of this agreement.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or buyer must be returned. (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, the return must be accompanied by a return invoice issued by the institution. Returns of orders with invoices issued to corporations cannot be completed without a return invoice.)
- The return form, the product’s box, packaging, and all standard accessories, if any, must be delivered complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- The seller must refund the total payment and return all documents obligating the buyer within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice and must collect the goods within 20 days.
- If the value of the goods decreases due to the buyer's fault or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is liable to compensate the seller for their losses in proportion to their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deteriorations caused by proper use of the goods within the withdrawal period.
- If the right of withdrawal reduces the total value below the campaign limit, the amount of the discount used within the campaign will be canceled.
PRODUCTS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
- Products prepared in line with the buyer's personal requests or needs, non-returnable items, underwear bottoms, swimwear, bikinis, makeup products, single-use products, goods that are at risk of spoilage or whose expiration date may expire, products unfit for return due to health and hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, and products that, by their nature, are mixed with other items and cannot be separated, as well as periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under a subscription agreement, cannot be returned. Additionally, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for intangible goods delivered instantly in electronic form or services started with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period ends.
- Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery supplies (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) must be unopened, unused, untested, undamaged, and intact for returns.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
- If the buyer defaults on payment transactions made with a credit card, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest under their credit card agreement with the issuing bank and be responsible to the bank. In such cases, the bank may take legal action and demand costs and attorney fees from the buyer. If the buyer defaults on their debt, they are liable for the seller's losses and damages caused by the delay.
